Using Postnchill
These Terms of Use apply to postnchill.com and the Postnchill social publishing service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old to open or hold a Postnchill account. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to connect its social accounts and submit its content. Postnchill is a business publishing tool; this age requirement concerns account eligibility.
Accounts and service
Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for reviewing each post’s text, media, destination, audience, and schedule. Postnchill helps prepare, schedule, publish, and review content on supported platforms. Publishing depends on platform access, account eligibility, authorization, platform rules, and service availability; scheduling is not a guarantee a platform will publish.
Your content and social platforms
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Postnchill permission to store, format, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide features you request. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions and will follow applicable law and platform terms. Social platforms are independent services and may change, restrict, or remove features or access. When you use YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Postnchill to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, access an account without authorization, bypass platform limits, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use. We may restrict access to protect users, respond to legal requirements, or address serious misuse.
Plans and payments
Paid subscriptions are not available until checkout is enabled. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period, trial, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Stripe will process checkout and subscription payments. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Account closure and deletion
You can permanently delete your account from your profile. Deletion removes your account and access, but content already published to social platforms remains governed by those platforms. Shared workspaces may remain for other members. Deletion may be delayed while a post is being published or an active subscription needs cancellation. Availability, changes, and legal rights
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. We will post the current version and give any notice required by law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes and governing law are subject to applicable law and mandatory rights where you live.
